It was a wet, cold, miserable day, but with a dry suit on, who cares! We went paddling with three others on a couple sections of the lower Musquodoboit River on Nova Scotia's eastern shore not far from Halifax. it was suppoed to be a day just for some play and practice in the water. One of Nova Scotia's best paddlers and well known outdoor educators gave us some great tips and feedback on how to handle the water. We were well bundled up, and it made for a great practice session. I can't wait to get back on the water again. Spring is here and the water is high! This day allows me to contribute to the Four Season Paddling Award. March, check!
